8. Section 27(e) of the Act – Retirement category

This is an extremely popular category for PR. The requirements are identical to a retirement visa in terms of section 20 of the Act.

However, the Department tends to refuse first time applicants under the retirement category for PR for no sound reasons and it is therefore important to contact us to ensure that you do not fall into that group of refused applicants for PR.
